What will happen if I am not at home when my order will be delivered?
Not at home during delivery? No worries, we understand life gets busy. If you're not home during the first delivery attempt, we’ll try once more.
You can also reschedule the day of your delivery via the Track & Trace link, making it easier to receive your order at a time that suits you, especially since it’s a large item.
If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund within 30 days if the product and all included items are returned in their original condition.
Please note: You can only reschedule the day of your delivery, it is not possible to schedule a time slot.
